Susan Anderson-Benson

Sue Anderson-Benson is Denfeld’s all-time girls’ basketball point leader, scoring 1,111 points and averaging 24 points per game in her senior year. She also holds the single season scoring record with 480 points. She was Denfeld's first all-state player in girls basketball, and was the Minnesota all-star game's MVP.

She maintained a 4.0 grade point average, and also played volleyball, track
and fastpitch softball.

Anderson-Benson became a physical therapist and has a family living in Hermantown.
