Jukich up to AAA

Ben Jukich, a 2001 Duluth Denfeld graduate, has moved up to the Cincinnati Reds’ Class AAA affiliate, according to his mother, Kathi Jukich.

Jukich is set to pitch for the Louisville Bats of the International League on Sunday against the Charlotte Knights.

Jukich, a 6-foot-5 right-hander, was 8-4 with a 3.57 ERA and 92 strikeouts in 19 starts and 116 innings with the Class AA Chattanooga Lookouts.
