Denfeld hires new coaches

Denfeld has hired three new spring coaches: Pat Bergquist (baseball), Eve Stein (girl’s tennis) and Chad Derosier (golf).

“All are excellent additions to our Denfeld coaching staffs,” Denfeld activities director Tom Pearson said.

Bergquist, a pilot for UPS, is a former Hunters baseball and hockey star who played professional baseball in the Kansas City Royals system. Stein returns as girl’s tennis coach and Derosier is a popular teacher-coach in the Duluth Public Schools system.
